My Full Time Week of Teaching

so! I am basically finished with my full time week. Tomorrow is my last day and next week i teach reading and finish up the science unit i started. Then i have three days of observing at valley and two days observing at ontario...then i start my trip home. Craziness that my time in la ends two weeks from tomorrow.

This week has been really good! I am really really enjoying teaching! I have decided that i most likely want my own classroom...whether it be next year or in the years to follow. Today I brought my class back to my first grade days. I had the kids use shaving cream on their desks to practice spelling words!!! I ttly did that in Miss Essenburgs (im not sure if that is how you spell her last name) class! one of my favorite things to do when i was a kid. of course some of the boys got shaving cream ALL over themselves. haha. oh small chillens.

I have had first recess duty all week and...kids have so many problems. "so and so is playing the game wrong and i don't like it"..."so and so said i needed a password in order to play with them"...there were times that i just wanted to tell them to get over it haha. but i didn't :)

This weekend we are going out for my bday! sushi is going to be a highlight! SO excited!
